DFW AIRPORT – The future of American Airlines flew into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport just after 7 p.m. Friday.
The new generation jet is going to take air travel to a new level for American Airlines. The carrier plans to add 41 more of the aircraft to its fleet, with the possibility of dozens beyond that. American's first Dreamliner will remain at DFW and undergo some finishing touches before it's available for domestic and — eventually — international travel. They call it the "Dreamliner" for a reason.
It features business suites, which include lie-flat seats, has a walk-up bar for customers at a premium price point, mood lighting, international Wi-Fi, and expanded entertainment options.
